What can we do with the API?

The API provides comprehensive access to all functionalities available in the user interface

How do we authenticate?

Each API request must include an 'Authorization' header with the value 'Bearer [token]'

How to obtain a token?

To obtain a token, log in to the user interface and navigate to your profile page, where you can generate a new token.

Is there any rate limits?

The API has a rate limit of 180 requests per 60 seconds. Any excessive or abusive usage may result in the suspension of API access.

Can I use the Deskhero UI?

We highly encourage the use of our UI library when building custom integrations with Deskhero.
