Faqs
Set visibility
Sets who a FAQ may reach: PUBLIC (the public FAQ portal, the AI chat-bot and AI
auto-replies), CHAT_BOT_ONLY (hidden from the portal's navigation, search and sitemap)
or INTERNAL_ONLY (only inside the platform, for suggested replies and search; never on
the portal, in the chat-bot or in an auto-reply). Content, status and embeddings are untouched.
