Update

Replaces the form as a whole, including its modules and logics, so anything not present in the payload is removed from the form, and the same collect_type, key and AI chat-bot rules as on create apply. The caller needs EDIT permission on the form through its group_access, and the response reports the caller's own highest permission on it.
